Shots and rehearsals

Lets just start off with, my mom signed me up to get a tetnis shot about 4 months ago, I seriously thought it never was gonna happen but then in science I got a little pink paper from the office telling me to go down to the nurses office. I knew what it was for, and wasn't too exited. Shots are one of my fears. My friend Megan got one too. "OOHHHH ANNIKA! YOU KNOW WHAT THIS IS!!!" she shouts. It wasn't THAT exiting, I mean c'mon, shots?! "SHOOOOTTSSS" she yells again with a tune to her word. Thanks for letting the whole class know :) so we go down to the "cozy" old lady nurses office and we wait in a line. I watched people get there arms stabbed with needles, it made me want to throw up. It soon became my turn after Megan had gone and said it doesn't even hurt, but I didn't beleive her. Since when does a shot not hurt?! So I go and sit down, my teeth chattering and they put alchehol on my arm and I looked away as they put the needle in my arm. Yes, it hurt. But I stayed strong! Then they put a blue sponge bob band-aid on my arm and the bell rang. So in language arts, I'm pretty sure my arm was dead, but that wasn't even the worst part! That night my arm hurt so bad. So after school (it was a Friday which means we get out at 1:15) I had play practice until 6:15, it was out first rehearsal so we got in our costumes and everything! It was super fun, I can't wait until the real deal. That night I had a sleepover at my friends house, but we had to wake up at 7:00 because we had to go to play practice AGAIN from 8:30-5:00 and I seriously couldn't lift my arm. But it was exciting and when i got home i went to ambryns soccer game. the next day I took my friend to church again. And then we had family over, ate tortilla soup and brownies and then my dad showed us an episode of h.r. Puff n stuff. That scarred me for life.
